Debra Stolberg

Debra Stolberg is a writer and performer who has showcased her talents around the world. She began her comedy career with classes at the Groundlings Theatre in Los Angeles before honing her skills around LA in numerous well-known improv and sketch comedy groups, including Monkey with a Shotgun and The Gay Mafia.

She has performed at the Women’s Funny Festival in Chicago and has had work featured in the Palm Springs Film Festival and LA Shorts Fest.

One of her filmed sketches, Spanish for Your Nanny, went viral, creating opportunities for paid work with numerous content providers. After this, Stolberg segued into longer-form work, penning comedy screenplays that were optioned by production companies and directors. She feels one of her funniest roles to date is that of mother to six children. She has been travelling the world recently with her family and has taught improv classes in the United States, France, Mexico and Portugal.

She has been teaching Acting courses with Act Attack in Lisbon since 2023.
