Act Attack is a multicultural Theater group active in the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal & Greece. We offer English speaking Acting & Improv classes, for everyone & for business team building purposes. We have a very dynamic and creative team and we are always open for new enthusiastic community assistants to join us!

1) Admin Coordinators

Remote, Part-Time Position, 3-5 hours per week

Job Description
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management and communication for Act Attack’s communities and reporting to the founder of Act Attack. This is a role that requires you to wear many hats, from being our students’ point of contact, to driving sales and engagement, to data implementation and management. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the arts and community building, as well as detail oriented and timely and who is passionate about supporting Act Attack in growing our theater community!

*Responsibilities and Duties*

  • Managing incoming inquiries from potential and existing students & teachers, from implementing data into Google Sheets, to answering WhatsApp or Email messages, to updating the spreadsheets based on their current status (paid, no answer, etc)
  • Providing excellent customer service when communicating with students
    Creating and managing at least 2-3 Whatsapp groups per season and scheduling/rescheduling courses when needed
  • Being active and engaged in the whatsapp groups by sending supportive messages 
  • Supporting Sales team by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication & community building
  • Contributing and developing ways to promote engagement and obtain feedback, including but not limited to creating feedback forms, proofreading content, brainstorming for ideas on community building and engagement… etc
  • Posting in Facebook groups about our courses (optional)
  • Taking photos in the classes (optional and for only at the last class of each course)

2) Sales & Marketing assistants

Remote, Part-Time Position, 3-5 hours per week

*Responsibilities and Duties*

  • Sales development & client research – by contacting potential customers to offer our team building business acting & improv workshops – via Linkedin, cold calling & email
  • Excel, Google sheets & docs processing
  • Supporting Sales team by performing tasks related to organization, strong communication & community building
  • Whatsapp Business & Email communication with students, teachers & theater studios (optional)
  • Scheduling courses and posting in social media (optional)

3) Photo & Community Assistants 

Offline (In-Class), Part-Time volunteer work, 1-2 hours per week

*Responsibilities and Duties*

  • Taking expressive photos of students acting – only during the last 2 classes of each course – with a good camera phone or a silent dslr camera. At the same time participating in the class as a student.
  • Uploading the photos in Google drive folders, categorizing them and adding clear descriptions on the best photos suitable for our social media posts
  • Being available to attend at least 1-2 classes per week (on a fixed day). We have classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 19:00-21:00, in the center of the city.
  • Helping the teachers for anything practical needed (like opening doors to the students who are late)
  • Contribuing to the growth of our community with engangement and passion while attending the classes and in our whatsapp groups

    *Skills required for all positions*

👉 You are a friendly & kind personality with great communication, organisation & listening skills

👉 Fluent to native English (mandatory), fluent Spanish and/or Greek speaking & writing skills

👉 Online marketing, sales and/or customer service experience

👉 You have a good Linkedin profile and network (for Sales position)

👉 You are flexible, patient and punctual

👉 Last but not least: you love theater and you are very motivated to help others discover their passion too!
